Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at cassidy@whimsyandzest.com immediately so we can make it right. 

Cancellations are accepted on the website for 15 minutes after the order is placed. If you need to cancel an unfulfilled order, please email cassidy@whimsyandzest.com and we'll do our best to halt fulfillment. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
