Shipping policy

Regular orders will ship out within five business days unless otherwise noted. Pre-orders will ship out as noted. Items in orders with pre-order items will ship with the pre-orders. 

Actual totals will be put on customs forms. Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs. 

Please know that once a package is shipped, it is out of our hands. We recommend contacting your local postal provider for more details, as we can only see the tracking information you've been provided. We are not responsible for lost packages and ask that file a claim with your postal provider. We will do our best to work with you to make things right, but that is not a guarantee. 

All orders will be shipped to the confirmed address on your order. The only way to change your address is to cancel your order and re-place it. Exceptions to this will be addressed on a case by case basis.
